Received a Faulty Item?
- Let us know within 48 hours of receiving your package. We’ll arrange a replacement! Be sure to send clear photos of the fault to [email protected]
Missing Items?
- Rest assured, we double-check package weight to ensure everything is included.
Important:
- We offer store credit, not refunds, for change of mind (size, color, style, etc.).
How to Return an Item
- You have 2 weeks (within Australia) or 4 weeks (internationally) to return an item after receiving it.
- Items must be unworn, with tags attached, and in original condition.
- Once we receive your return, store credit will be issued within 1-2 business days.
- We recommend using your store credit right away, as we can’t hold specific sizes or items due to high demand.
